Night time can be a hard time for people with mental health troubles. The wonderful Samaritans are open 24/7 on Call 116 123 and it can be great to talk. If you are desperate though call 999 immediately.
PAPYRUS UK
PAPYRUS is the national charity dedicated to the prevention of young suicide. They support young people under 35 who are experiencing thoughts of suicide, as well as people concerned about someone else.
Their HomeLink service is open 9am – midnight every day of the year (including weekends and bank holidays).
